On my way down from the Roaches after sunrise I stopped to admire this wonderful scene unfold revealing the small village of Blackshaw Moor on the edge of the Peak District Staffordshire Moorlands.

Before sunrise, lights still on in the buildings and the fog lingering in the low ground which follows the river dove snaking though the valley.

Looking along the lush green Manifold Valley in Staffordshire towards Thors Cave. I was particular lucky this morning as the valley was engulfed in mist, making the view even more spectacular.

Sunrise from the A53 South of Buxton. This was actually pre-sunrise my location was not great but the clouds and colours defiantly made up for it!
